Shipping & Delivery
Please note that the delivery times quoted below are indicative only, and Hideseekers cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made within this time frame. Any orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
Delivery can not be made to a PO Box. Please supply us with a delivery address at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased items is transferred to you.
When your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your parcels delivery progress.

NEW ZEALAND: FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand. Your order will be shipped using New Zealand Post Courier Post Signature Track and Trace, with a target of next day delivery for the North Island, 2-3 days for the South Island.

AUSTRALIA: Delivery is $25 NZD. You order will be shipped using New Zealand Post International Economy Courier Track and Trace. Allow 5-7 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD: Delivery is $45 NZD. You order will be shipped using New Zealand Post International Economy Courier Track and Trace. Allow 10 working days.
- Title of merchandise being shipped out of New Zealand will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- The international shipping charges above cover packaging, freight and insurance, but do not cover any customs duty tax which may be charged by the destination country. Depending on the destination, you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Hideseekers will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred in your country, nor can we be responsible for any delays caused by customs.
